On stock items
When ordering a on stock item on working days (Mo to Fr) before 15.00h (CET) we will be able to ship the same day. When ordering after 15.00h (CET) we will ship your order the next working day. Standard delivery will be made in 1-3 working days unless otherwise is described.
Please note that delivery may take longer during holidays or sales.
Track & Trace information
Once your order is shipped from our central warehouse we will send you a notification e-mail with track & trace details of your parcel with which you can follow the delivery instantly.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
After receiving your order you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return the purchased goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and your item must be in the original packaging.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and return reason.
You will receive a prepaid return label, but we will deduct the amount of costs for the return of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 calendar days, depending on the original method of payment.
